Walked into the clinic as a walk-in and was greeted by Ridah who was very kind and accommodating to my schedule. The dr was also very nice and addressed my concerns clearly.
The clinic itself is top-notch with great services. Everyone from the staff to the doctors, is incredibly humble and knowledgeable. A special thanks to Dr. Saima Khan's expertise in patient care is outstanding. Whether it's working with infants or addressing individual health concerns, she truly knows her stuff. Dr. Saima Khan made time for everyone, listening and giving the right advice and medicine, very professional and truly cares about patients. The entire team, including Mr. Khalid and Amna, contributes to a welcoming and supportive environment. The clinic is clean, equipped with everything needed for care, and even has excellent lab services. A big thanks to Dr. and the team for their dedication to helping patients achieve better health and for making everyone feel comfortable and cared for. Strongly recommended for families looking for top-quality medical care.
Whenever I need a checkup I always go here. The staff is so kind and helpful and always completes things in such an efficient manner. Doctor is very helpful, resourceful, responsible and very caring about her patients. I really recommend this place.
Dr Naal is soo knowledgeable and kind. All my family members go to Mavis Medix because Dr Naal actually listens to you and ensures the best care. The receptionist Shahzeen is super nice too! Definitely recommend Dr Naal and Mavis Medix!

I started my journey with Mavis Medix after many failed diet attempts including B12 injections, prepared foods, counting calories- the works. I made an appointment and got together with Dr. Khan and Hadeel. Being a very social person, COVID was taking its toll and I was finding solace in food. I climbed to my highest weight ever and depression was a big part of my existence because of my weight. At my initial appointment I listened to the theory behind the program. It was an enlightenment as I realized at last I was going to be able to address my weight issue as a whole rather than taking a “band aid” approach. I followed the plan to a T and reported all my weekly data as requested to my mentors Hadeel and Dr. Khan. At my one year mark I had lost 61 pounds, lowered my cholesterol, blood pressure was excellent and a serious medicated GERD issue I had suffered from for many years was no longer existent. I have maintained this weight loss for 6 months now - something I have never been able to attain on any other program. This program gave me the tools to be successful. They work to hand the control over to you, the participant. To Hadeel and Dr. Khan - my sincere appreciation for supporting me on this journey with your knowledge and encouragement.
