I am astounded by the level of unprofessional service I received (and currently have yet to receive despite waiting here for over an hour, worrying if the nurse working here will go home and I still haven't gotten a simple vaccine) and lack of care. Two patients were seen before me despite my arriving here before the both of them, AND my earlier appointment time. Furthermore, this is my second time at this awful place in two days since I was turned away yesterday since the nurse went home and I needed the vaccine. Just terrible.
It doesn't matter if you make an appointment, because they don't follow the schedule, and even though I had made an appointment in advance, it took an hour for a doctor to see me, so in the end what is the point of scheduling an appointment?
Always a great experience. Dr Shaio is an amazing doctor. I am so grateful to have found him. The nurses as well as support staff are always professional and helpful.
Deeply disappointed I am currently a patient at this doctors office but will be looking for a new doctor as they are unreliable. I had gone as a walk in at 6:30 only to find out they are closed. Meanwhile the sign out side, prerecording when you call and the website clearly state opened till 8. If you are not opened to a specific hour please have it changed on everything I mentioned above, it is not fair for people to waste their time when already feeling unwell to then be stressed on top of that.
I was deeply hurt by Dr. Shaumila Kamal. She never listened to me and only did what she wanted. Her attitude was consistently condescending and disrespectful. I believe there are serious issues with her as a person, not just as a doctor. After switching to another physician who has been excellent, I realized even more how unprofessional Dr. Kamal was. I have no complaints about the front desk staff — they are always polite and helpful — but I cannot recommend this doctor.
Dr. Usma Faisal, your compassion and genuine care make an incredible difference. Thank you for listening, understanding, and treating every patient with kindness. It’s your empathy that reassures us during difficult times and reminds us we are not alone. Dr. Faisal is the best, your kind words and your pleasant personality make a big difference in our lives. The Reception area is very clean and the nurses are very pleasant.
Overall, it's a very good clinic. From the reception workers to the nurses and family doctor. They have a great system to take care of patients fast and they're all very helpful. I just wish that the pharmacy can receive the prescriptions refills when requesting them, instead of having to make an appointment with the doctor every time we need one. Arturo and Luz Mancilla
