One of the worst clinics I ever went with my kids. Waiting time approximately is 2 hours. Limited seats. If you have alternative place, go strate there.
Clinic owners and clients, you should read all the reviews before visiting this horrible clinic. Be prepared to give your appointment time to the owners' friends and family and receive service where your complaints will be ignored. Had a blood test in a pantry with junk and syringes on the floor. Of course, neither the nurse nor the doctor uses disinfectant or gloves during service. The vaccine will be given while the doctor is talking on the phone with one hand and trying to work with the other. Change this stupid clinic or stop calling yourself a place where people are treated.
Receptionist are clueless, wait times are worst then hospitals (its hard to believe), doctors barely put in full shift together. Overall, the only good service this clinic provides the public is closing.
First time here, wait time was around 10 minutes! Staff were efficient, doctor was great and did a thorough examination. Quickly picked up my prescription afterwards. Best clinic I've experienced in a while.
The receptionist are very rude & it’s ok for their family members/friends to go to the back with there kids before others are waiting for there appointments. My doctor is good but they need to do something about the receptionists in the front!!
SCAM Why would this clinic have a sign advertising they have female doctors this is untrue. I had asked the staff if they had female doctors they stated no. They have a female gynecologist.... last time I checked, that isn't a doctor but a specialist . I mentioned what kind of scam is this if they don't have female doctors why advertise that they do? THIS CLINIC IS CONDUCTING SCAMS TO BRING IN CLIENTS BY ADVERTISING THEY HAVE FEMALE DOCTORS .
I liked this walk in clinic when they first opened in their original location a few doors down. Ever since they moved feels like they rush you every time I'm there. I've been waiting for a specialist referral for weeks now and no one has called me back. I called multiple times and they just keep taking down my name and number and I don't get a call back.. very disappointing..
