I made an appointment to get a driver's physical, I spoke with one of the staff to book the appointment they mentioned nothing about the cost of the physical. Every physical I have done was max 40$ I go in and the staff says it's 175$. I wasted my time and gas and day booking with this price gouging medical center. I have to book another Saturday now for the physical and waste my time again to go somewhere else which won't rob my $. The staff didn't even care. They had the expression of we aren't doing anything just leave. Haven't had a bad experience in a clinic since I lived in Brampton. Never coming back here again.
my family of 3 have had the best experience since registering at this clinic since 2yrs now. The whole team(front desk and other staff) are fantastic and always helpful and welcoming. Dr.Al and Dr.Little are both amazing and very compassionate doctors who listen to their patients with calm and so far have been provided the best care. Place is clean and hygienic all the time and the pharmacy is great too. Waiting time is manageable and front desk team are so kind to call us if the wait time is longer so we can come back closer to being seen. I highly recommend this clinic who are looking for new family doctors.
Very friendly staff. Wait time is not long. The girls in the front desk are very very helpful and the pharmacist at the pharmacy are also very professional and ready to answer your question. My family doctor is Dr. Abdulla All Atrachy. An amazing knowledgeable, young Doctor Who takes time to listen to your problems.
Very efficient and compassionate receptionists and doctors. The wait times are relatively short (~30 minutes the few times I went). I've only gone for referrals so I can't comment on how helpful the doctors are for diagnosing and treating conditions
Went in with bronchial infection. Signed in, saw the doctor, got diagnosed, prescription sent to in-house pharmacy, prescriptions filled promptly, and home within an hour. That's service!
I was referred to this clinic and this doctor by two or three different people. They allowed me to have her meet and greet appointment with Dr Al Walei. He was rude and dismissive. The staff told me it was Ramadan and he was hungry. The next time I showed up for an appointment everybody was rude to me and they let me wait 40 minutes for me to walk into my appointment and be told by this doctor, that because of my record, and the fact that my case was difficult, he did not want to take me as a patient because he thought it was above his level. This is a warning to any women trying to pursue treatment for chronic pain or reproductive/rectal problems. He will get no real help here. They will waste your time, you will wait hours for your appointment and you will be told that you are not able to be helped. While I was trying to argue my case, I was told to stop raising my voice when I never did so. I imagine they only kept my appointment so they can bill OHIP. Disgusting. You don’t need to waste my time and energy with an entire appointment to tell me that you aren’t taking me as a patient . That is unprofessional and disrespectful.
Update Feb 2025: Clinic has been keeping up and managing wait times better. June 2024: This review is only for registered people with GP here.Great walk-in clinic and receptionists but awful waiting time if you have your GP here. They always prioritize walk-ins over appointments. Everywhere else it is the opposite. Once I had to wait 1 hour 20minutes with appointment. Average wait time is anywhere between 40 to 50 minutes with appointment. I have had walk-in done in under 10 minutes though. The previous doctor we had was excellent hence we stayed. Update Oct 2024: The clinic has started to address the issue of wait time hence changing the rating. Will update on further changes.
