This is the best clinic I have been to in a long time. Normally I have been reluctant to visit doctors due to my personal experience, but I feel very well taken care of here. All of the staff are very patient and kind and the doctors are thorough with check ups.
I found the QuickMed Walk-in clinic by chance driving near my current Mississauga neighbourhood, having moved from downtown Toronto some 8 years ago, where my family doctor of over 2 decades still is located. I have used QuickMed's services several times in the past couple of years. From the friendly reception, to the short wait times before being seen by the doctors, this is the ideal experience. But my highest commendation is for the doctors who have attended to me. Dr. Entisar Ben Issa and her team, including Dr. Natasha Tzortzidis are the absolute best. They take the time to explain and make necessary referrals when they suspect a more serious issue. The patient is treated as a partner capable of understanding their own health issues. I would highly recommend QuickMed Walk-in for one's needs.
I do recommend this clinic to whom may looking for family doctor , emergency doctor with helpful staffs . They treat you well , knowledgeable, patient and most important: they know how to cure your symptoms from beginning to end.
Very unhappy with the service. I left my family doctor because he started charging for massage therapy prescriptions.Now, after coming here for a couple of years, they said that I will have to pay $25 for prescription for massage therapy.... I guess I have to find a different place for my medical needs...
I came here as a walk in patient and the doctor didn't even come and see me. I was only seen by the assistant. I have never had this encounter before and I found it to be very unprofessional. Definitely will not be returning here.
I have had the best experience at Quickmed and Dr. Issa is very attentive and knowledgeable. I went for a painful plantar facitis. She asked for specific lab tests. When they came back, it turned out to be positive for an autoimmune disease. Dr. Issa really paid attention to me and saw the signs of Lupus. She did what my family doctor couldn't in more than 3 years of complaining about skin problems. I wish Quickmed had a family doctor service. Other than that, I love the service and the environment there
Dr. Tzortzidis is absolutely incredible. She listened to my concerns, asked specific questions and was able to send me for the tests I needed. She followed up and ensured my recovery was active. I'm anxious about my health and doctors have also brushed me aside, but she took the time to listen to my concerns. She's a wonderful doctor and addition to this great clinic. Thank you
