Had a very bad experience with the lady at front desk. She is super rude and raised her voice and shouted at me. I had some questions with regards to phone or in place appointment with Dr. Abduallah for my son. The lady was super rude and she said she is doing me a favor. Seriously this lady needs to taken away from the front desk because she does not know how to be talk.
Great Doctors that's what is really important service is sometimes slow and it could be cleaner but the Doctors are a cut above the rest and again that is what's really important
Terrible! If you love your baby, don't go there.The only good thing about this place was the receptionist/MEDICAL assistant. Now thwy call back, days later. Pediatrician is a liar. This new assistant told me 3 days ago the prescription was sent t a pharmacy and made sure t formula was available there. T PHARMACY DOESN'T EXIST. I got a call back from t receptionist (3days later,after several msgs) Shw was rude, refused t give me her name, was sooo rude and barely spoke English
Wife had to come here for pregnancy as she did not have a family doctor. Doctor Shahzad studied at Hollywood upstairs medical school with doctor Nick riviera. Made my 8 month wife wait 3 hrs for her appointment. Left and went to my family doctor.
I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience at this clinic. The hygiene and cleanliness are severely lacking. From the moment you step into the waiting area, it’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority. The chairs were covered in dog hairs, making it an uncomfortable and unsanitary place to sit. The washrooms were even worse—unhygienic, with an unpleasant smell that made the experience even more frustrating. The lack of cleanliness extended into the patient rooms as well. I noticed dog hairs on the seats inside the examination rooms, and the floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped or properly cleaned in a long time. It’s unacceptable for a medical facility to maintain such poor hygiene standards, especially when patients come here for health concerns. To make matters worse, the clinic is completely unresponsive. They never pick up the phone, making it incredibly difficult to book or inquire about appointments. When you do manage to speak to someone in person, the staff is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Their attitude is dismissive, and they seem irritated by even the simplest questions. This clinic desperately needs better cleaning practices, professional staff, and proper patient service. Until they address these serious issues, I would not recommend it to anyone looking for quality medical care.
Never answered phones rude and how does business operate with phone that is not working when you go in person the receptionist is so rude like she can’t be bothered with you. How can doctors work there !!!!!
I walked inside on a Wednesday during open hours and I was told the doctor wasn’t in today… what kind of walk in clinic is this? Might as well close it down. It’s not the first time it happened to me
