Terrible experience. The staff was disorganized and the doctor was rude and dismissive. I came in with intense pain, and then she stared at me like she didn’t care if I recoverd.
Very disappointing visit. The facility was dirty and unprofessional. The doctor was extremely rude, refused to make eye contact, and treated me with complete disrespect for having a health concern. Terrible manners. Would not recommend
Bring a book maybe Harry Potter and the chamber of secrets? Once you’re finished with that you can get your laundry done, go into labour, file for divorce and fly to Italy and by the time you’re back the doctor will be ready to see you
I’m curious, the opening hour of this clinic is 9:00am so why is it when I arrived I was told there wouldn’t be a doctor in until 12:00pm? I have walked out of this clinic several times do to the overall unacceptable wait times and how absolutely filthy this clinic is. Peel health please look into this location and re staff or shut them dow.
Horrible service and a very rude doctor. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disorganized and dismissive. The doctor was unprofessional, impatient, and spoke in a disrespectful tone instead of listening or showing any care. I left feeling worse than when I arrived. Absolutely unacceptable experience — I would never recommend this place to anyone. I had a toothache and very severe pain and she gave me a regular Tylenol and when I tried to explain she started yelling and wasn’t willing to listen or prescribe anything to help me.
Always long wait time even with appointment. Make you wait in the room then nurse comes asks u about why visiting. Makes notes on it then after a longgg time the actual doctor comes in to ask you the same information which she can read from the nurse notes. Then after waiting for 2hrs the doctors are in a rush to leave the room dont describe the problem in detail after answering one question they start getting up from their seats as if they are in a rush to leave the room. Very unprofessional and no respect for the patients time. If we had to wait 2hrs to find answers to our concerns have some respect to listen to the patient and not rush to leave the room.
Mrs "Rehan" you treated my son who is 11 years with disrespect. you are unprofesional and rude. please learn the values of your profession and i dare you to treat my 11 years old with disrespect again. don't go here look at all reviews. im from france maybe you should go learn how they treat patients there you have a lot to learn about respect especially. you probably just google things anyways.
