Been dealing with this clinic for over 7 years and they always got way to waste your time or money. Front desk is never helpful on phone or on sight and they barely speak English or know their job. They just try to get every new comer possible because new comer’s usually don’t know how’s things supposed to be done in Canada. I don’t recommend this clinic at all and today is the day I’m never dealing with them again
Dr .Nagy Awad is very professional, listens carefuly he cares about me take his time to examine never rush you out to see another patients. I recomand him for any one looking for a great Dr. Marie Haddad
Really bad experience. The secretary was extremely rude and unprofessional—spoke to me as if she were the doctor herself. No basic manners or respect. Completely unacceptable behavior for someone in a front-facing role. 1start is so much for them . (The blond lady)
nice staff but 2/2 times ive been there they’ve misdiagnosed me. the first time they told me I had an sti and I really had a uti and the other I had a bacterial sinus infection and they said I had a cold. every time I go I have to go somewhere else a few days later when treatments don’t work.
I love Dr. Lina Zablouk and only continue to go because it is so hard to find a family doctor but reception is rude, obnoxious, unprofessional and unorganized. UPDATE: Spoke to the receptionist manager and wow, she is unbelievable. She kept making excuses and re-explaining the policy and how her new hires are new at reception. Like okay that does not answer question 1) why did 3 different people tell me that blood results can be emailed to me and 2) why I cannot get a hold of reception after calling for A WEEK! Looking for another family doctor, if anyone has recommendations let me know. As much as I do not want to let go of Dr. Lina Zablouk.
To be honest, i just wanna reflect on their Bad service, they never pick up the phone, all the workers there are passive aggressive the only good and nice one is the pharmacist, the receptionists are so rude and they do not even make eye contact, 0 hospitality, and 0 respect to patients. Really disrespectful. Dr Lina is a professional but has 0 communication skills or care!
I am very satisfied with the care provided by Dr. Lina zablouk, also the pharmacy team, although there's some opportunities in this clinic from my opinion, they need to increase their communication with patients to make a good understanding of the time and appointments beside showing care. There's also a waiting time even if you took an appointment
