Have been coming here for a while, the staff and doctors are very welcoming and kind. I was welcomed by Komal she explained everything smoothly regarding registration. My whole family is enrolled in here. They are very understanding with their patients and take their time.
I didn't even plan on writing a review, but the experience I had honestly deserved it. The clinic was really busy - so many patients, phone calls coming in nonstop - and it was just two ladies handling everything. But the way they carried themselves with so much calmness and warmth truly stood out. Komal was the first person I spoke to, and she was so gentle and welcoming that I immediately felt comfortable. Hassanat brought me in and was really welcoming too. I requested for the Google review card on the table because their kindness really meant something to me. I asked her the meaning of her name because it sounded so beautiful, and she explained it so sweetly. She also added Komal's name to the card on her own, simply because she didn't want to take all the credit when they were both working so hard. That gesture alone says so much about the togetherness that exists in this clinic. Komal was just as lovely - patient, steady, and handling the rush like a pro. With the number of calls and people waiting, I honestly don't know how she stayed that calm. If it were me, I probably would've fainted from the pressure It's rare these days to meet people who show genuine kindness and professionalism, especially when things get hectic. These two ladies made my experience so pleasant, and the clinic is truly lucky to have them.
The doctors here are absolutely fantastic — very professional, caring, and always welcoming. However, since the reception staff recently changed, the experience has really gone downhill. The new receptionists seem quite clueless when handling phone queries. I called about a missing immunization for my son and simply wanted to request a phone consultation with our family doctor before booking an appointment. The receptionist kept insisting that because we hadn’t had a physical visit since August, we had to come in person. I explained multiple times that I just needed to upload the request on Medeo Health for the doctor to review first. Eventually, she booked a time for 7:45 without even specifying if it was a.m. or p.m. It felt like she either wasn’t trained properly or was struggling with English communication. It’s really unfortunate, because the doctors themselves are amazing — but the poor front desk experience might push patients away if things don’t improve.
I would like to thank Carrain and Hassanat for their kindness and support during my visit to their clinic. They went all out to try and assist me. I highly recommend them.
I’ve been to Glen Erin Commons Clinic twice, and both times left such a positive impression on me. The first time, I had just lost a friend and was really down. I came in to see a doctor because my heart was racing and I was having palpitations. I waited about 20 minutes before being called in by a dark-skinned lady who took my blood pressure — it was really high. Even with my mask on, she could tell how sad I was. She was so compassionate and calm that I actually felt lighter just talking to her. She comforted me in a way that went beyond her job; honestly, if I didn’t meet her at the clinic, I would’ve thought she was a therapist. When she rechecked my BP a few minutes later, it had dropped significantly — not perfect yet, but much better. That’s how soothing her presence was. The second time I came, I met the same lady again. I brought my son because he had bumped his head, and she was so patient with him even when he didn’t want to check his weight. She’s amazing with kids! And both times, I saw Dr. Quayum, and she’s an absolute gem — gentle, thorough, and genuinely caring. Overall, my experience at Glen Erin Commons has been nothing short of amazing. It’s rare to find a clinic where everyone truly cares, but this place has my heart.
Great experience! Andrea at the front desk provided excellent customer service by being aware of the urgency of my situation - called at 9:09 am and was given an appointment in 25 min; was looked after Dr. Abyiooeye who was courteous, saw me on time and addressed my issue with professionalism and promptness. Highly recommend them. Thank you for your assistance!
Happen to be referred to Glen Erin Commons Medical and have Dr Ibiyooye as my family doctor. This office and practice is a refreshing change from my previous one. Helpful friendly staff and great medical team. Moved my son over as well. Highly recommend.
