The medical office receptionist named “prabhjot kaur” provided excellent service and was very polite and professional. She handled the appointment efficiently and answered all questions clearly. Her friendly attitude made the visit comfortable and stress-free.
Very dirty , especially the rest room , screaming bacteria on every surface . Not very hygienic , also the receptionist were wearing perfume , which made me not able to breath , and in health care its a no center policy in the health care. Horrible
Excellent and friendly service. Walked in with my son on a Sunday morning and barely had time to sit down. Walked straight in to see the doctor. Visiting from out of town and very happy to have found this clinic.
Don't be fooled with what the review stars are. Every experience is unique and it's really a challenging health care system to be in. You need to rely on good practices and good practioners. Today I walked in with my child who had 1 ear that was painful. We didn't wait long, the front staff was very polite and helpful. The dr entered the room with her mask half pulled down and wiped her nose with her bare hand as she entered . She asked what was wrong, when we told her, she grabbed the ear scope to look in. I asked if she could put on gloves! Or wash her hands? She replied, we usually sanitize in-between patients. I replied. Sure. It would be better practice to clean to sanitize your hands in front of the patient so its known your hands are clean before you touch someone or tools! Let alone you wiped your nose when walking in. You should clean up your practice and avoid spreading further infections. She looked in the hurting ear 1st, then the good ear. I stopped her because she was going to put the infected tip into the good ear. I asked her to change the cover? ♀️ it's basic common sense no? You graduated med school? We need a replay on germs Dr. You need to be schooled again! Be aware and on top of your health. You can't trust any doctors these days. Know and protect yourself and your loved ones. Dr don't always know best.
Just visited for my medical today — everything went smoothly! The staff were professional and friendly, the process was organized, and I didn’t have to wait too long. Really appreciated how they explained each step clearly. Highly recommend this clinic! Special thanks to Prabhjot kaur

Dr Asma is god sent!!!! One of the bed female family doctors I have ever come across in my entire time here in Canada ! She is soooo kind, always available for her patients and very caring. The staff is also very courteous and always ready to listen to your concerns. I am lucky that Dr Asma is my doctor . I couldn’t have asked for a better female doctor than her. She is an Angel !!!!!!!!! She treats you like a family member, not just a mere patient or a case. Thank you very much Fairview Medical Centre Team and Doctor Asma !!!!!
