The worst place to go. I wish I could give minus star in the review. The staff does not understand simple questions like what is the wait time. We were told one hour is wait time and once we reached after an hour , had to wait again for more than an hour. My son was down with high fever but we were sitting there helpless as they don't have any care or empathy towards patients. This was the first and last time we went to this clinic. Most pathetic experience so far.
What terrible 30 seconds I spent. I literally walked in and the staff is looking at me as I shouldn’t be there. First of all no greeting. I approached the front desk and requested to see a doctor they asked if i have ever been in that clinic and said no. They asked to fill a form. As I was about to fill it they said its gonna be a long wait. I asked surprised like how long they said over an hour! While there were three ladies only in the waiting room. I quietly walked out. I am in another clinic that knows how to welcome people properly and we are like four in the waiting room yet they ensured I see a doctor soon. Its all about manners.
This clinic has 0 idea what patient care is. We drove for 45 minutes to be seen by the doctor while there were no patients waiting. The receptionist just turned us away staring the doctor wanted to leave early and was adamant about not seeing us even for 5 minutes for a simple consult that we needed. You guys need to re-evaluate what it means to be a walk-in clinic, absolutely shameful.
Front staff not willing to assist. let me re-phrase my concern. Dr. Sangani asked the senior front desk lady to assist me. The lady replied to Dr Sangani directly that she is busy and does not need a headache. She made this comment in front of me and my elderly mother . Dr Sangani has always treated my mother with the utmost respect and experience . Tell your staff to learn respect . Your initial response was not relevant . I had no interaction with your staff, therefore no verbal abuse or disrespect happened.
Receptionist is very rude. Talk nicely with selective people. Always rude with other people. I went there with my family and she told me to wait while other people are coming after me. When I asked, I can leave and come after an hour, she did not let me to do. But people are coming after me. When I asked, she told me these people leave their health card there and book there spot. She did not let me to do because I have family with me and she was mad. She wants to leave early. Lazy lady, always shouting. Don’t wants to do work but wants to get pay just sitting on the chairs and talking on her mobile phone and eating food at front counter. Shame on her.
This place sucks because every time you call in the front desk or reception is always missing. Like she never picks up. I don’t even have any issues with the doctors. But if this lady does not do her job this clinic should find someone else who can. Really frustrating when you call in 15x in one day no call back and service is bad attitude.I switched to terry fox medical and they have 2 staff inside who call back and pick up on time. Great service . I really hope this lady gets training or she finds a new job
I needed B12 injection and to my horror, there were 20 patients waiting which means 2 hours wait time. Receptionist took my B12 vial and told me to proceed to the lab. I was out in 3 minutes. Thank you, Hemlata & Sujata.
