Had a great experience at this walk-in clinic. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, and the doctor was kind, patient, and really took the time to listen. Made the visit feel comfortable and stress-free.
Dr. Botros is simply the best. I have been going to her for many years, It is so easy to speak to her. She sits and listens, never in a hurry. I always feel very satisfied after speaking to her. Dr. Boutos is very kind and knowledgeable . She doesn't prescribe unnecessary tests or medications . I am so happy I met her when I did.
Giving it a two stars because I never got to meet with any doctor but I heard good things from this walk in from a friend, instead when I went in the secretary at the front was rude, said no doctor is here, and to come back in the evening if I REALLY need to. I asked if she had any other suggestions near the area and she’s proceeds to tell me “I can’t give you that information”
Dr. Mary Botros, the best doctor. She is not in a hurry when she sees you in the clinic, she listens, so much patience and explains thoroughly the diagnosis of your condition. She refers patients to specialist and not take the health issues for granted. The best doctor I had for my 35 years in Canada. Happy I have the best Family doctor. The receptionist is so very kind and professional.
Ive never gave a 5 star for a medical clinic in canada cause they all suck. This one has much longer wait times than other clinics. But i noticed its worth it because the doctor actually takes her time to understand your concerns rather than rushing like all the other doctors in this abysmal canadian healthcare system that costs a fortune out of our tax money
Visiting a walk-in can often be intensely frustrating and depressing. But our visit to Ceremonial Medical Center was an absolute pleasure. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff are absolutely impeccable, friendly and helpful at every step of the way and made our 1 year old feel welcome throughout the experience. The doctor was attentive, offered practical advice, and answered our questions seriously. We were just dropping by Mississauga but I wish we had a walk-in like this nearer to home, just great all around.
Dr. M.Botros is an exceptional physician who is pleasant, thorough and listens carefully. Our family have been her patients for at least 15 + years. We do not want to substitute her with anyone. We’re grateful for her care, professionalism and empathy toward her patients. Healthcare system, needs medical doctors such as her.
