Absolutely horrible. Worst customer service imaginable. Do NOT order from this company. There’s no way to reach a real person—no phone number, emails go to an AI that promises a call that never comes. My order is missing, there’s no tracking, and I have someone waiting for a Christmas gift. Completely unreliable. I’m forced to dispute this with my credit card. Stay far away!
I went to Vessi at Square One looking for new waterproof shoes. Tanbin was so helpful and provided recommendations based on my preferences and needs. Overall, great customer service! I ended up purchasing the Pacific Sneakers and I can’t wait to use them on vacation.
I have been a long-time supporter of your brand and have purchased numerous pairs of your shoes over the years. I’ve always admired the quality, design, and premium aesthetic that originally set your products apart. However, I was extremely disappointed to see the recent rebranding and design direction. The new blue color scheme—particularly the blue soles—significantly detracts from the premium look that your brand was known for. Unfortunately, the current designs feel far removed from the refined and stylish identity that originally attracted loyal customers like myself. Many of the newer models appear overly industrial and lack the elegance and uniqueness that once defined your footwear. Additionally, several previous designs that were truly exceptional seem to have been discontinued, which makes the current lineup even more disappointing. Given the premium pricing, the new designs do not reflect the value, craftsmanship, or aesthetic expected at this level. I share this feedback because I genuinely respected and supported your brand, and it’s disappointing to see a company I once considered a favorite move in a direction that feels inconsistent with its legacy. I hope this feedback reaches your design and branding teams and is taken into serious consideration.

I visited the Square One location recently looking for shoes for my upcoming trip to Europe. Elle helped me find the perfect shoe! I went with the Weekend sneaker and I absolutely LOVE them! They are so comfortable, cute and they go with all the dresses and outfits that are coming with me on my trip! they are quickly becoming my favourite shoe. Elle was so kind, knowledgeable, helpful and honest, I could truly tell that she cared about finding me a shoe that was going to best suit my needs. I appreciate good customer service so much, I have worked in customer service for so long and it always makes the experience so much better when the person helping you knows their products and really cares. Elle went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I can’t thank her enough, this level of customer service is incredibly rare these days!
Tanbin provided us with excellent customer service. Loved the selection and he provided lots of tips and advice to maintain the shoe and how to clean it. We will be back !!
