Worst customer service in store and online. Spoke with a person named Sunshine. She was extremely condescending and not helpful at all ! I only have to get something because they hold onto your money but won’t ever shop here again !
So I saw a pair of shoes I was going to buy, and the lady wanted to give me the sample pair... which was all worn out and damaged. After asking for a new pair so I could buy them she told me they were okay, just a little worn..... exactly my point. I wanted to buy a new pair? Not a worn one? Or get a discount if I buy those ones... So I ended up not buying.
The new wave of staff are soooo kind and helpful. A special thanks to Payal and Adriana for making my shopping experience at L’intervalle even more fun and enjoyable than usual!! ❤️
Very dissatisfied. I would like to give 0 ratings for after sale services and 0 star for customer service. Even staff is not co-operative. Never recommend anyone.
They dont even deserve one rating there should be minus rating for this store coz they dont have any product quality and services as well. Return policy is not there . Want to suggest people dont visit this store if you want to spent your money on quality
No return policy is there. Rude staff Bad after dale services Product quality zero People are paying $150 to wear it for 15 minutes. When somebody wants to change or return sales guys directing customers toward online customer service. Would like to suggest every body do not visit tgis store specially
REALLY BAD after sales service No return policy And product quality is so low after just one wear the footwear i purchased was already damaged and when went to return it they clearly denied their online customer service denied to do any exchange or return as well BIG NO to visit their store ever again
