I've been to this RedWings location a few times now and the staff been incredibly helpfully and very knowledgeable every time. During my last visit, Ka helped me figure out the right size for the black moc toes. I have wide feet, and needed all black for work, but that limited my options and Ka suggested to go a size up and place the boots in the shoe stretcher for the width. It worked well, and the shoes are comfortable and my feet don't hurt even after standing for hours.
