Vaishnavi was extremely patient and kind, she tried her very best to find my size she never stop until she found my size, this is true customer service at the highest level
Horrible small service Lady kept saying shoes sizes not available and didn’t even attempt to look for the sizes in her system or back room when the shoes that I asked for were from a section where a variety of sizes should be available. I felt like she wanted to be left alone when I had spent $570 approximately give or take and needed help on one item that took a little bit longer than expected as I was confirming the details with a third party as it was a gift for a child. To Point Out, the day before I called and The gentleman on the phone, was willing to be more than helpful and encouraged me to physically go to this location to insist he would look at every avenue possible until I was comfortable with the shoes of choice; unfortunately he wasn’t available as it wasn’t his day to work. To Continue I was unhappy with the lady who was there today at 1:00 pm

This review is for the Coco store at Erin Mills Town Center in Mississauga. The Manager whose name is Munu or Manu (Male and south Asian looking) was extremely unprofessional and rude and blatantly lied to us. They were having a bogo event (buy one get one at 50%off). We purchased a pair of shoes a few days prior (within the 10 day policy) and wanted to purchase another pair so we asked if we could return the shoes and purchase both with the bogo discount. Manu AGREED to do this. I asked him to put the pair on hold for half an hour and went home to get the receipt and shoes. When I returned, literally 15 mins later (I live down the street), the sales person Terna who was lovely and very helpful went to the back to get me the shoes. Manu advises me that the shoes I picked in my size were “transferred” to the store in Brampton Bramelea Town center mall. He proceeded to go to the back and tell Terna, very discreetly, not to bring the shoes. I followed him and caught him telling her to lie about it. I could tell she felt uncomfortable because when I looked at her in disbelief about the shoes being “transferred” in 15 minutes, she looked at me with an apologetic look and stated she did not want to get involved. Manu If you were not able to do the discount why not just be honest and tell me that instead of making up this story about the shoes being “transferred” to another store. You wasted my time by making me go home and come back. Manu then proceeded to be rude and refused to sell me the shoes. My mother who was with me was absolutely shocked at Manu’s blatant lie and called him out on it. Manu then threatened to call security on US!!!! I asked Terna to show me a smaller size and the best part is, the smaller size ended up being a better fit which Manu did not expect. Manu tried not to give me the shoes and the discount but the joke was on him because I was able to get the discount on my purchase anyway. I like to call this instant Karma!!! I have been shopping at this location for years and the staff are typically lovely, however going forward I will NEVER return thanks to this unprofessional lying Manager Manu. I asked for the owners name and he refused to give it to me. He made the sales girl Terna feel so uncomfortable with his lies too. The whole time we were completing the transaction, Manu was texting on his phone probably trying to do some damage control. I asked for the owners name and he refused to give it to me but was texting someone the whole time probably lying to them about the whole incident. I want to contact the owner of this store to let him know that Manu is a terrible manager who is lying to their Customers. He basically refused to sell me the shoes because he did not want me to get the discount. This store has always had excellent staff, my family and I have been shopping here for years. I just don’t understand why someone would do this? Is there something about the compensation structure at Coco which incentivize managers to keep a discount from customers? Or was it just some very weird power trip? I am not sure how to get the owners name and contact information so I will be going on twitter and other social media in hopes of connecting with the owner. 25 years in Canada and I never experienced this type of terrible customer service!
I always liked this store , when I moved here , its one of the best shoes store in this mall . I have hard time fitting boots to fit my legs and this is the only store that has styles that i liked, and the staff is very nice and patient . I got a great deal on a wide calf leather boots , highly recommend them !
Wow shoes shoes shoes ;) In love with this store , service was great , staff was vey friendly and a great help in assisting me with wedding shoes . Best shoe store in erinmills for sure, I will definately be back !
I was told by the employee that products were real leather and bought the shoes without checking as I was in a rush. Turns out it wasn’t leather and I couldn’t return them.
