Hi Went to softmoc city center the sales lady know as Victoria was extremely good is customer service she was helping me find shoes with smile though she was very busy, I ended up buying shoes, I would wish her all the best and grow in the company. All the best girl
Went into get Sketcher Slip Ins. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Had to try on a few pairs but got a good recommendation from the Manager (Melissa?) and the sales associate. Definitely would go to this soft moc again
I came here to window shop but because of Victoria (I think that was her name) helping me, I bought some shoes that I really liked and couldn’t be any happier!
In preparation for the snowstorm of February 2025, I went to SoftMoc Square One looking for snow boots. A few minutes after I entered and looked around, a very pleasant mannered staff member named Melissa came to check if I needed any help and I told her that I am just trying to see if a style catches my eye. I appreciated that she gave me time by myself to see some of the shoes in more detail. I wanted to try one of the snow boots and as Melissa was busy at cash, Peter came to help me. He brought two different sizes for me to try. And then gave me time to walk around in those. As one felt too big and the other too tight. I told Peter that I will look at some of the other choices. I liked a pair of boots from UGGs and then Melissa came to help me. She also brought me two different sizes and one of those was perfect. I really appreciate that both Melissa and Peter were so generous with their time and knew when to give me time by myself to make a decision. Its been a week since I've been wearing my UGGs during and after two snowstorms and I love how comfortable and warm the boots are. Thank you Melissa and Peter!

Maryam (i think) is the best sales associate I have ever seen at a shoe store, very patient and honest when helping me pick me out winter boots. Made my experience at the mall very good, definitely recommend her to be your sales associate! (cute little pakistani girl)
I wish I could give zero stars to this location. I walked in looking for sneakers or sandals. Three or four staff members were standing at the register just talking to one another. Two of them may have been dealing with an issue of some sort but didn’t seem too concerned. I went up to one of them to ask if they have a particular shoe in stock. Although she brought me whatever size they had left she didn’t bother to ask if that was okay for me or if she needed to find something else for me. The staff just was so unpleasant and unwilling. It almost felt like I was unwelcome. So I decided to just leave the store and purchase whatever I liked online. Never going back to any SoftMoc store again. Also to the company, I personally have worked in many retail stores and was always given the training to at least greet every single customer. I think that’s what you need to focus on. Your staff just seemed very rude and not interested in working at all.
