I had a horrible experience last night with a sales associate (thick black glasses and asian). She was being extremely rude from the start when i was asking for sizes which i let go and then i was about to sit down on a customers phone to try on shoes and was screaming so loud at me and made a huge scene and everyone in the store was staring it was extremely humiliating. She kept yelling and said i told you to watch out while the customer was laughing and said it was okay. I then opened the box and it wasnt the shoe i asked for and i told her so she rolled her eyes and took it. I got up and left immediately and my daughter said “shes so rude” then the associate screams across the store in front of 15+ people “IM JUST GIVING YOU THE SAME ENERGY”. I Went back to confront her and she said she was being rude to me because i was being rude first (i was not rude at all) Excuse me I asked her when was i being rude she said u kept asking me about the sizes and she had nothing else to say. I walked away and she screamed out goodnight as a joke. At this point the whole store was watching. I tried calling the store today to speak to the manager but of course their line is not working. This was the worst retail experience ever. I usually go to this branch but im never going back there again and based on the reviews theres clearly a common issue with lack of respect and professionalism.
Bought something today oct.4 around 1:50pm. Walked in and the manager didn’t greet us but greeted another customer. I think shes the manager because SHE WAS EATING WHILE ON THE FLOOR!!!!!!! anyways, when the asian lady asked for my size, manager came out with boxes walking towards me and i thought it was mine but no which is ok finee but the way she said it with a little bit of sassiness like she was having a bad day. LIKE WHAT DID WE DO TO U!! Ure the one that completely ignored us, and mind u she was beside us while the other customer was close to the door when she greeted them. Huh Make it make sense Shout out to the asian lady that cashed me out that day. She is nice. Why cant she be the manager?
I visited the store yesterday evening around 08:00. The lady at the cashier counter seems Asian woman with glasses was very very rude in her tones (sorry I do not her name so I had to tell how she looks like). I simply asked that I bought shoes last week and I just tried at home and felt little bit tight. The way she was explaining policy her tone was very rude. I respect policies of company but staff can explain in gentle way as well. No meed to be rude in the tone. I was talking very gently but the tone she used to tell me the policy as if I asked some bad question. I do not what happened now a days people are working on good position but do not know even how to talk specially when they are in customer service, this is common sense.
I went to this store to buy shoes, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The salesperson, Jazz, was very rude and seemed to judge us based on our clothes. At the cash counter, she kept asking two or three times if we were “actually purchasing” two pairs of shoes, which felt unnecessary and disrespectful. One of the pairs we selected was a display piece, so we politely asked if there was any discount available since many stores usually offer that. Instead of answering professionally, she rudely said, “We don’t do all this here,” and then asked if we still even wanted to buy it—while making arrogant faces. This kind of attitude and behavior is unacceptable. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
Just made a purchase of 2 shoes from this location, it was a horrible experience. A sales rep there “Jazz” had pathetic behaviour and attitude with zero customer service manners. Definitely want to bring this forward to the management’s notice. Also this lady forgot to add the offer that they had in big and bold 25% OFF, she added it with an irritated face after mentioning it. If you can find another “Call it Sring” that’s 50kms away, prefer to drive there rather than visiting this store. Definitely avoid.
came to this store today evening, the person named “jazz” who was supposed to assist us didn’t bother to do any help and plus very arrogant throughout the experience. we liked couple of pair of shoes but ditched them just for the poor service. she needs to do better!
The employees at this store need to seriously work on their customer service skills. Had to wait to get their attention because they were all busy chatting amongst themselves, once we did get their attention we had to remind the employee twice about the specific size we needed. We waited again for a bit and before you know it the employee decided to help someone else without letting us know anything about our request. After this we decided to leave. The store was not at all busy while we were there.
