The people who work here are generally nice and helpful. Prices are decent and the stock can be hit and miss especially if you have a common shoe size.
The staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very efficient. I could not find the right womens size so had to purchase the smaller size. She helped me get an extra discount becuase the pair was soiled. Thank you
I accidentally threw out the box and receipt of the shoes my mom bought at this Dixie Outlet location. Jennifer, the store manager was professional and patient with us to find it on the system and was able to get a refund. Thank you so much! I stopped pasted Soft Moc at the Dixie location to exchange a pair of Uggs I had recently purchased online. Even though the sizing was correct, one of them had a weird crease and was quite loose. Because I find Uggs vary so much in terms of fit (the Ultra Mini are especially troublesome, with some being either way too tight, too loose, or just difficult to pull on), I asked the Sales Associate, Makayla, to bring out a few pairs so I could find a pair that fit properly. Even though the store was busy and she was doing three things at once, Makayla was so helpful, kind, courteous, and professional. Thank you, Makayla, for turning a somewhat stressful/annoying experience into a positive one! I left the store with a pair of Uggs that fit well, and grateful for the exceptional customer service I received! :)
Good selection and service, well priced and good sales. I was looking for a pair of Teva sandals that was not over priced and found them there on sale and being a member of their points program I got an additional saving’s which I was not expecting. Winner winner chicken dinner.
Worst customer service ever and I'm not going back there or recommending anyone.I asked them to hold an item they said they will but upon arrival after driving 40 km they didn't hold it. Took forever to get their attention even there's a girl standing alone doing nothing refused to help me with bad attitude. One of the girl went to back store didn't find the item another came asked me the item number and of course after checking they didn't have it and opened the website and asked me to find it. After I showed her the picture of the item on websites now they have it and finally found in the back store .Their body language clearly shows no interest to help anyone which is shameful and unacceptable.
