SoftMoc Heartland is the best, the sale associate went above & beyond what I was expecting, she was really knowledgeable about the boots manufacture asked for &I showed me three different styles I did end up buying the ones I wanted . I will definitely be returning to that location again for more shopping.
I didn’t get her name but the salesgirl in a navy blue fleece sweater was very friendly and helpful! The sizes are a bit limited but they have great sales going on when I visited.
Great customer service from a nice young man who definitely knew his job. Respectful, kind and a wealth of knowledge. Go figure you come across somebody like Trovi in this day and age. Not sure of his name or its spelling and for that I am sorry. Awesome individual and definitely knows his stuff! Thank you.
This store has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They made a mistake with my receipt, admitted they remembered me, and still refused to fix anything or help with a simple size exchange. No support from staff, no help from the manager, nothing. Completely unprofessional and not worth shopping here.
Had a really bad experience, purchased for 1st time and cashier didn’t tell me that there is email receipt I can get and the receipt he printed and put in box was just empty . It was a gift and we can back in less than 24 hrs to exchange for the size , I told them that your printer might have not printed the receipt and they recognized us that we did the purchase , however they strictly refused to change the size at all and said nobody can help . Since it was gift I did another purchase from same store for correct size and now I am stuck with this pair which was there mistake of not printing receipt correctly and not advising about receipt . Tried contacting manager , customer service .

I went there and Loy was wonderful, very patient, and helpful. They have a lot of shoe types, and if you want to have a great experience, I would most definitely recommend going there!
