Terrible service. You walk in and the employee is talking with his friend. Not willing to help or anything… makes the customer uncomfortable and that they’re intruding on some sort of personal conversation. I’ll give my business elsewhere.
The young man on duty today deserves an award for his patient service for my picky daughter. Must have pulled out at least 20 pairs of sneakers from the back. We did leave the store with shoes!
Griffin was FANTASTIC!! Young man but old school customer service that doesn't exist anymore among most people! It makes us 40+ year old customers extremely happyto see it still exists!
Sabi and Abby gave me exceptional service. I tried on several and I mean several types of shoes. There knowledge was surprisingly refreshing. Definitely will be back for more shoes!!
I went to the Erin Mills store hoping that they could offer the Father’s Day online discount on Birkenstocks, to see the colour options, and to confirm my correct sandal size. While they couldn’t match the discount, Abby suggested that I place the order online with delivery to the store, so that I could get my sandals immediately with the online discount. Unfortunately they didn’t have my size in stock, but she helped me confirm my sandal size and colour preference, to assist me with my online order. I really appreciated Abby’s product knowledge and helpfulness, especially when I wasn’t able to make an in store purchase. Thanks to Abby I found this to be an excellent customer service experience and I would definitely shop there again.
Our experience shopping at this SoftMoc branch today at Erin Mills Town Centre was amazing! We found exactly what we were looking for, and the staff were super friendly and helpful!!!
Soft Mock is one of my favourite shoe store. Their branch at Erin Mills town center is very clean and has a great selection of shoes and boots. Their reward program is excellent for members.
