Unfortunately I couldn't find the shoes that I liked in my size but I'm giving this review to the girl with the boy cut, and a tattoo on her arm (forgot her name. I think it starts with an S). She's a very attentive employee and even though I didn't find what I needed, she helped me through and through. Keep her. That's all, thanks!! :)
I don't remember her name, but one front desk associate was not helpful at all. I received an in-store coupon during my online purchase, which I can use on any items that are at regular price. However, she said the coupon does not apply and suggested I purchase online if I want. So rude. I'm never going to this store again.
Rude staff. The girl with dark skin and long hair on the cashier on December 7, 2022 evening was very rude. She was not giving proper replies and was having a bad attitude since the moment I stepped in the store. This kind of behaviour is not welcoming and extremely rude.
Went to the store to pick up a bag …the staff was not serving well… I felt very bad the was they interacted… they just handed the product in my hand and told “out of bags” No sorry! no smile !or no apology! No customer regards! I did not like it! Would never go to that store again? Have told my friends too… Felt insulted..
Great place to ship for shoes, handbags and accessories. Prices aren’t the best. For a moment you would think that you’re shopping at one of the high end brand names! Costumer service is good.
I had a very bad experience of customer service especially in this location. The policy is unacceptable for refunding or exchanging while during shopping they mentioned that you would be able to return it. I bought a pair of shoes which i only tried them inside the store and they refused to exchange it and even claimed that i was lying and tried it on.more I didn’t keep on the argument with them,however, i am so sad for this behavior and I’ll never ever buy anything from thid brand again.
Very rude service my mother and her friend tried to return a pair of shoes three hours after purchase. At the time of purchase she was told that she could return in 60 days as long as they were not worn outside, she tried them on for 20 minutes in her apartment and they were too u comfortable so she decided to return them . The manager became belligerent when she requested a refund and had the audacity to call them old ladies. This was on Thursday December 27th at 7:00PM She refused to give her name or the name of her superior. Please follow up on this.
