I called the store to see if they have a pair of shoes I wanted the person on the phone hung up after I said “hello” horrible Customer service. I don’t even know if they deserve a star
Had a small issue with my on shoes. I spoke with Evan who is the assistant manager, and told him about the issue with the shoes. He handled it professionally and I got my shoes exchanged for a new pair. Excellent customer service! Keep up the good work.
Jerome and his team are so welcoming and kind. I went there today to look for sandels for being a bridemaid. I was greated so kindly that it shocked me because I've never walked into a store and had so much help at once. Jerome approached me and helped me pick 2 sandals and was so kind to give me his card and hold to shoes for me until I could come in again. I ended up coming back the same day to get the sandals. Thank you Jerome and your team. I will always come to Browns to get my shows for events10/10

They have signs for sale but no good sale. There were a few tracks showing extra upto 50% off but there was nothing there and the same shoes were kept there.The people working there too are not bothered and not helpful. Will never go back.
