Normally I go this Aldo to buy so many things, I have a family living out side of Canada and when ever I get a chance I bought like 10 - 15 shoes from this store but today the workers working there was so rude and not welcoming at all, specially the young lady she was so mean, I will never come to this store.
Hello everyone's please very unprofessional Manger of Aldo at Dixie Mall outlets bought 10 items and one of them bigger size he didn't refund and I want other Aldo they did so please they're very unprofessional and very bad behavior please remember everyone's make complaints because they have to change and I love Aldo brand Thanks
Who doesn't like Aldo? This location has been coming clutch for me for so many years! I always have issues finding my size at other mall type locations and they either offer to order a pair in or refer me to this location! Awesome customer service, well kept store and very friendly staff.
On Monday April 22nd I was at this location around 3:40pm and the only reason I bought the slippers I did was because the sales associate told me that it would be shipped to me on time for the Bridal Shower I would be attending Sunday Apeil 28th. I just recieved an email saying it will be at my house April 30th. I made it clear to the girl that if it will not come by then I will not purchase it and have it shipped I will go to another store! I am so.upset because now I.eill have to go buy another shoe to go to the bridal shower in replace of my NOW late arriving shoe
