Very bad experience with the services. I requested for a pink handbag which has a zip at front however, was given a wrong bag instead of the correct one ( which I clearly requested).I came to know about wrong bag when I got home, I should have checked it at the store. I again have to go back now to exchange my bag. Very inconvenient.
I had a great experience at this Aldo location! Heather was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, even though I stayed past closing after her long shift. She was still super kind and helpful.
We bought a pair of shoes which had manufacturing defects. Perhaps, we exchanged it with the same article. It had the same issue, we went back to this store and got it exchanged for another pair. The last time when we went the floor manager gave us a different explanation which had the right information. Today's experience with the "Assistant Manager"; Priyanka was distasteful. She was unpleasant when we happened to ask her a few questions and then at the counter, she was trying to fool us with the WRONG information. She is extremely arrogant, rude, misread, and I don't understand why an assistant manager is not aware of the terms and conditions, rules and regulations, and basic knowledge of exchange and return policies. Give me a break and hire better people! Also, Aldo should look into their products. The quality sucks to another level.
Really worst experience at square one aldo they really don’t know how to behave with the customers. The manager was very harsh on his words. Never seen the person like him before will never come to this store
