Had an issue within the store, October 19th. Manager left a voicemail October 23. She said she would get back to me. Waited and waited and waited. Still no response. (Apparently changing stores) Even so I am a paying customer and a response would have been nice. Called Rens customer service left numerous messages ( they had an usual amount of calls) still no return call from them. It's crazy they want you to spend but they do not return calls. Very frustrating I am VIP customer and I still get treated this way. I ended up having to raise some concerns regarding there service. ( This I left on voicemail) Almost immediately after hanging up I got a unknown number call. Past mgr from Heartland Rens. So very sad to say they swept me under the carpet to say. Many many many years of service to Rens to be treated this way is mind boggling. THEY DO NOT CARE!!! Well neither do I now. There are other raw food places for my dogs. In all honesty you do not even deserve One ⭐.

Friendly and helpful staff. I always recommend rens pets to all my clients. Weather it be food or supplements, they are always stocked up. The frozen section has a lot to choose from as well as the dry food. Lots of treats for both dogs and cats. Oh and toys! I also love that they do birthday gifts!

I like REN’s Pets but I’d avoid this location if you are not sure what you want. The staff are not very helpful when it comes to selecting products and they are also rude if you ask questions. I was one of 2 customers in the store and they were not willing to help, just at the front cash chatting. if you already know what you’re looking for and just coming to purchase then this location is fine.

My 19-year old shitzu-bichon had stomach problems and found the same brand from our vet in this store. Their staff are also very helpful and friendly. They found a new loyal customer. :)

I visited today to purchase dog food and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, Kaitlyn was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She was knowledgeable about the products and eager to assist. There was only one packet of the food I needed on the shelf, and Kaitlyn immediately offered to check the back for more. While doing so, she noticed a few customers waiting at the register and courteously excused herself to assist them first so they wouldn't be kept waiting. She then returned and let me know she had found another packet in the back—fantastic service. One of the items I was looking for wasn’t available, but Kaitlyn went above and beyond by consulting her manager and even checking online to suggest where I could find it elsewhere. Her dedication to customer service was truly impressive—thank you, Kaitlyn! The store offers fair prices and a wide selection of products. Whether you're shopping for food, grooming supplies, toys, collars, harnesses, beds, or accessories for dogs, cats, birds, or small animals, you’ll find everything you need here. Highly recommend this store for both its excellent service and great product range.

I would like to amend my review as Ren's management reached out to me after I had sent them an email letting them know how unhappy I was. They gave me the option of a return or exchange. When I went in the sales person was very helpful. They did not have the unit that I wanted in stock so they ended up returning my money and I then ordered the item online. I appreciate that they handled the situation correctly and hope that they make some changes to their policy so others do not have to go through the aggravation. I specifically went to Ren's because I wanted to support a Canadian owned company. I bought a grooming set recommended by a sales associate and the box also stated it was for thick coats. Tried it the next day and it kept getting clogged. I took it back to the store that same day and wanted to exchange it for a higher quality set. They refused an exchange and said I would have to deal with "Wahl" directly. I reminded them that this was an item ($99) specifically recommended by them and that I wasn't looking for any money back but instead I wanted to exchange it for a higher quality more expensive ($249) set. Not to mention that I had bought it the previous day and had tried it once. In the end I was actually wanting to spend more money there! They stated company policy again with a smile. Their shortsighted policy has lead to a negative review and a potential loyal customer (I have 2 large breed dogs=$$$).

Came to check this store out and found a dog leash I liked. When I went to pay for it the store manager said there was a pricing error and wouldn’t honour the price on the attached price tag. Most stores wouldn’t have been that petty and would have honoured the wrong price. I left without buying it and got the same leash at petsmart. Waste of time visiting RENs, I see no reason to ever come back.
