Wow first impression is everything, I went to the store today, to get a new harness for my puppy Jessie. When walking into the store, the staff, were very friendly and welcoming. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product selection, and with getting the right harness for Jessie. They also helped me do a dog tag on the machine. Great customer service, love the friendly welcoming atmosphere. This store is very clean and well stocked. I know my go to place for all my puppy needs.
The middle aged custer service woman was very invasive about the root cause of my dog's medical condition when I was in trying to buy a cone. Even when I told her his vet was already addressing the issue she continued to inquire about details including what food he is eating (which she was judgemental of despite not knowing the vet recommendations that lead to him being on that food). A medical history of my dog should not be needed to help me find the physical location of cones. Her approache was unprofessional, made me uncomfortable, and will stop me from returning to this location.
Customer service is alway @ 2400 Dundas St W. Today I had the pleasure to see Rav & Natasha… These woman are fantastic, helpful & are always willing to help. Keep up the great work ladies!
i visited this pet valu for the first time and was really impressed! the store is super well-organized, with items placed in a logical way that made stuff really easy to find. the staff were also very friendly and helpful. definitely one of the better locations i’ve been to
I came here because I had a bad experience at the location on Mavis and Dundas and wouldn’t go back there again. I didn’t expect much when I first came in this location but was pleasantly surprised with how friendly the staff are and they had what I was looking for in stock. Really happy with this Pet Valu location and would go back again.
Sometime last year I was In this store when a white lady was there with another Indian employee and she was so rude to her. I posted a review complaining about this lady behaviour towards her fellow employee. Since than I began getting strange texts. ( I sort of felt it was her because she was asking about my dog. ) Now today at David Ramsay pool (where I swim often) I got kicked really hard from someone swimming under water. As the person came up I approached them and realized it was this same pet value lady. I asked Her do you work at Pet value? She replied why? I replied I believe you just kicked me intentionally and now I figured out who you are . I cannot believe it because of my review last year this lady has now assaulted me!!!!!
Favourite location! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are well stocked and never run out of what we need. We go to this location often for our cat and dog supplies. They have a dog wash station as well that is either self serve or you can book an appointment with the groomers. Always look forward to seeing Manny!
