They were very sweet, the young blond girl was VERY VERY knowledgeable and informative... I just adopted a one month old kitten and its been giving me a very hard time figuring out what kind of cat food he prefers to eat... she helped me choose the best options to get young kittens with food complications eating normally definitely deserves a raise for her knowledge and passion in pet care.
Great place to buy your pet supplies. They have treats for our furry friends and very friendly staff. If you are lucky you will be greeted by Crumpet, their in-house pet who is simply adorable
Used the Dog Shower Facilities this morning. One for small dogs and the other for large dogs. Shampoo and towels were good and was able to blow dry afterwards.
I have been at this location a few times and I have never been disappointed. Specially yesterday one of the staff members, Michelle, was extremely helpful and nice and tried for more than an hour to find a suitable harness for my puppy. Although my puppy was jumping around all the time, she was very patient and introduced me a variety of harnesses. I am very grateful for her patience and good attitude.
They are always happy to see you, and ask if we got what we wanted. Help with heavy stuff and let you know if what you think will work for your pet is right.

I usually have positive experiences at Pet Value, but my most recent visit was disappointing due to the conduct of one of the staff members. While I appreciate that everyone can have an off day, the rudeness I encountered was unnecessary. I had a few questions about a specific pet product, but the staff member’s responses were curt and their tone was condescending. It felt like my inquiries were a bother rather than a part of their job. This experience has unfortunately tainted my view of the store, which is a shame because I’ve always found their range of products to be excellent. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as good customer service is just as important as the quality of the products sold
