Olivia is my absolute favourite person there, she is very knowledgeable, personable, efficient and willing to go above and beyond to be helpful with any questions and/or special orders! I generally also like the products that they carry and the way they keep things well stocked also. I shop there for my cat and my parrot. I would love it even more if they would also carry Harrison’s (blue) brand Raw parrot pellets.
It was my first time coming to this location this Wednesday evening and I had the most wonderful experience at Pet Valu! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and genuine kindness. The staff went above and beyond to help me find the perfect supplies as I am a first time cat owner. The girl at the front took the time to answer all my questions, offer great recommendations, and even shared some useful tips for taking care of my cat as she expressed she has many pets of her own. It's clear that they truly care about animals and their owners. I left feeling so grateful for her outstanding customer service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this gem of a pet store to anyone looking for both quality products and top-notch service!
Very packed but excellent service at this pet valu. I shop at a different local pet food store normally, but had to cheat on them and get some wet food here. Lovely customer service and tons of stock. Feels homey in there and not like a grocery store kind of pet food store.
The guy was great there very helpful gave me some good food to use for my dogs upset stomach. Def go back here for the people - pet value you can find anywhere solid people are harder to find!
Dear Chris D. I'm sorry if you thought you were being mistreated but you must understand that there is a very limited number of parking spaces in our plaza and when you parked your car and immediately left the property and started to cross the road it was only then that I approached you and said that you can not park your car here and leave the property. I have been the assistant super intendant to the property manager here for 10 years so I have a responsibility to all of the store owners as well as the tenants living in the 34 apartments upstairs. You are always welcome to shop at our plaza but all we ask is that when you are finished your business that you please take your car with you so as to free up the spaces for other customs to enjoy shopping at our plaza as well. We are sorry for any misunderstanding.
I grabbed the balloons for Marley's feet to protect her from the salt and the cold along with the balloon expander for her feet which simplified the application
This is the best Pet Valu I've been to ever. They literally have everything that you could possibly need. I went in looking for natural chews for my teething pup and Sunny was able to help me. I live closer to 2 pet valu and 1 global pets and I'd rather drive extra distance to come here. Sunny was able to help me find what I needed and was happy to help in any way. Keep up the good work.
