The customer service associate seems to be too unbothered to help. I wanted to return an item to have it exchanged with something else because my cats didn’t take a liking to it. She said that I can either keep on feeding my cats (!!!) or go to the location it was purchased from because she cannot assist. The store I bought it from is about 35 minutes away, making that an unnecessary inconvenience. Her unwillingness to help was genuinely frustrating. Having visited several Global Pet Foods locations before, I can confidently say this is the only one where I’ve encountered such a lack of effort or care.
My cat is pretty picky and only eats seafood from a very specific brand called Almo. This location has the most variety of seafood cat food within that brand. The staff has always been welcoming and helpful.
Wonderful store, wonderful staff, great selection, excellent advice..always. I've been coming here for years, now, and Dawn is amazing, always happy to help and has great information and tips, not to mention healthy, natural product selections (pet food, supplements, etc) to aid in all manner of pet issues. She has personally helped me with several concerns over the years and my 11-year old German Shepherd and I are forever grateful for her genuine care and attention and kind assistance. She has great staff, too, who are always willing to help. I never go anywhere else. Thanks so much, Dawn, Pat, and team!!
Beware! This place carries dried rabbit ears and feet as treats for dogs. As a rabbit owner, I find this incredibly callous. I asked the owner how she would feel if a pet store sold dog or cat body parts as treats for other animals, and she did not care. I live nearby and I go out of my way to shop at other places because of the attitude of the owner. She said she will continue to sell them despite how disgusting this is.
