Always out of stock. in the last 4 visits I have only been able to purchase once. The shelves are bare here. Today the reason was " we did inventory last week and didn't want to have too much to count" I will start buying my pet food online now (from a competitor) rather than continue to waste my time visiting the location
Overall my experience at this location has always been wonderful. The lady working the front counter is always so sweet and kind. There’s also a friendly doggo and a very sweet kitty in the shop. ♥️
I have been shopping at this location for years. Purchased raw food for my dog and when I got home and opened the bag it looked like it was defrosted and refrozen. When I brought it back I was told no exchanges. Sorry. I spend aprox $80 on raw food a month. Plus dry and other items on top of that. I have never tryed to return anything. I guess customer service is not important to the owner. Very disappointed!
Have been a customer here for years. Parked my car and saw the employee waiting by the door (I guess she was watching the clock). By the time I took my baby out of the car and made my way to the door she just looked up a few minutes early. Great to have the door shut in my face with a baby. Fantastic customer service.
Max is so accommodating and kind. He has been ordering our dog's food special for her and it is always available when it's time to pick it up. He's also been bringing the big food bag to my car every time as I have a newborn and I'm hesitant to bring him into public places atm (thanks covid-19). Highly recommend this pet store for all your pet needs!!
My favorite global pets! We have a dog with allergies and Max did an excellent job helping us find a food that was right for him. The store is always clean and well organized. I am always surprised at how much they can pack into a small space!
