One of the best location, the staff are very welcoming and they remember my name and my dog name up upon entrance. What an amazing feeling with the customer service. I usually get oven baked duck for my bichon ! Even if they’re out of stock. They will order one for me within two days. I got a call to say that they secured a couple bags for me at the store and it’s ready for pick up . Amazing service thank you for the great people Working in this location.

I called 4 times from 10 minutes to close to last few minutes of close... it was my mistake that I lost track of time, yes. Ignored every single one of my calls... i got here 5:59 doors already locked lol... and someones at the counter cashing out the til This is my pet peeve about retail stores. It's not just this store, many retail stores start closing early 15 - 30 minutes before listed closing time. Next time answer the phone please.
