I had one of the worst healthcare experiences of my life at this clinic. I arrived on time for my scheduled patch test appointment with Dr. Manga Datta, but because their system was down, I had to stand in line just to check in. Due to their internal failure, the system marked me as being “10 minutes late” — which then became the excuse to treat me like I didn’t matter. I watched nearly 30 patients walk in after me and be seen before I was. I ended up sitting in the waiting area for 2.5 hours because the staff assumed I was late — despite the issue being their system. When I was finally taken back (after the waiting room was empty), the staff tried to perform an Environmental test that I had already completed the week before. The referral from my doctor clearly stated I was there for Patch testing. Still, the nurse insisted on repeating the wrong test, showing a complete lack of coordination and basic communication. To make matters worse, Dr. Datta was completely unsympathetic and dismissive, offering no accountability for the chaos. Instead, I was told to rebook… for a month later, as if taking a day off of work and wasting half a day wasn’t enough. Now that I’m nearing that new appointment date, I’ve just been notified that the appointment has been cancelled due to “unexpected reasons.” No explanation. No apology. No alternative. This clinic is disorganized, unprofessional, and completely inconsiderate of their patients’ time and health. If this is how they run their operations, I do not trust them with anyone’s care. Save yourself the frustration. Go elsewhere.
I have been going to this clinic for the last 10 years. I always had a great experience. The front desk staff is always caring and helpful. The waiting time has always been reasonable. My family doctor Hala Saleem is Amazing. She is very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. With her attention to details she was able to save me from a heart attack and gave me the right medical attention at the right moment.
Love Dr.Saleem, she is so thorough. I don’t like that no one greets you when you come in. They refuse to take your health card to check you in and make you use the tablet on top of the desk to check yourself in. No one even says hi to you. Not a friendly front desk.
The worst clinic with zero customer care standard i had an appointment today with Dr sastri and i called the receptionist that i might be running late half an hour the lady told me that its fine. After 15mins she’s calling me back to book off and schedule a new appointment with an cancellation fee of 150$ and i was on middle of the way to reach the centre.
Online booking made life easier but relocation is making my appointments a farther commute specially winter. The wait time has improved so much but trying to connect with reception to book an appointment for specialist still needs to improve it has been a struggle most of the time, the reception staff though are so friendly and they know their patient names almost by heart. The sending of prescriptions need to fixed because it usually goes to the receptionist and a number of times they can't find it then finds it minutes later. Dr. Naeema Audu-Adedayo MD, have been providing the most professional and highly experienced and a very knowledgeable physician to me and my family. She responds to our individual needs and always gets us the right solutions. She is so understanding, kind, very considerate, open, and a great listener. We thought after our previous MD for 25 years retired we wouldn't find a good replacement, it did take us 10 months to search but we are very lucky to find Dr. Naeema Audu-Adedayo she is heaven sent!
EDIT: (July 2025) Since rebranding to Well Health, this clinic has gotten exceptionally better. The previous receptionist who treated patients poorly no longer works here, and the new receptionists are kind, patient, and do their job well. Dr. Saleem has been my family doctor for many years now, and I always highly recommend her, so I’m glad that the rest of the staff have improved! I think the clinic overall could improve on wait times. ORIGINAL: (circa 2023) The receptionists here are incredibly unprofessional. I commute an hour to see my family doctor who I’ve been happy with for several years now, yet the receptionists call me only 40 minutes before my appointment to inform me my doctor is sick today. I was already driving and on my way, so my phone was in driving mode and therefore silences all calls. Surely if the doctor was sick, they could have tried to reach me in the morning. When I arrived to check in, the main receptionist, who I could barely hear over the conversation of the other two receptionists between themselves, simply laughed and said “oh, no you didn’t answer your phone” blaming it on me for arriving for my now cancelled appointment. It was INCREDIBLY rude of her to insinuate it was entirely my fault because I didn’t answer my phone DURING my commute. I am considering switching clinics and doctors because of the lack of professionalism and decency with the receptionists at this location. I hope something can be done about this, but I doubt it considering they’ve been like this for years and despite the account replying to other bad reviews here, they haven’t changed.
The schedule on google is wrong, they're closed on sundays and it says online they're open from 10-4pm Edit: The pharmacy next door sucks. They questioned me one time why I'm so early with my birth control pills. The woman there who was going to give me my pills, was hesitating to give them to me and had to ask someone and that someone also questioned me why. I don't get it, when I get it from another pharmacy, they don't question me at all. It's birth control pills.. not some other drug that I'm going to be addicted to.
