After living in Canada for 6 years, I have realized that Doctors like Dr. Imana are everywhere. They do not pay attention to you if even you are pregnant. I was his patient and the way he provided care to me was below the level of humanity. Being a physician, his role was very important to help me to get through this and I have suffered a great sense of anxiety. I need to tell him what and when I need. Prescribing meds without even knowing if those are evidentiary supported to be safe for pregnant women. No words and frustration can explain the lack of knowledge he has.
This place has been a nightmare. I was a patient here with my son for multiple years. When we moved to a different practice (for multiple reasons including frustration with administration) we have been requesting our own health records for over a decade! They’ve denied public health, my gp, and myself access to my own records. As well as my sons. It’s been incredibly frustrating. My son is up for suspension at school because of this.
After being a patient here for roughly 5 years now, find another practice. They will make you wait in the waiting room for hours when youre the only one there, they will not get back to you with results, you have to call them. Dont bother trying to book an appointment if you want to be seen in under a month. They will not answer the phone for booking, their website is also such a mess you'd get confused before you were able to book an appointment. If you want a dr who makes you want to throw your phone into the wall every time you need to book an appointment. By all means, these are the "people" for you. In addition, if you want drs who just shove you out of their office so they can help the next person, after waiting over 6 weeks to see them, then again these are the right "people" for you. I would honestly give them 0 stars if I had the ability to.
i’ve been on hold for over two hours if i don't get my prescription ill have to go to the er you should at least let the person know if there’s a possibility the doctor won’t answer
Nurse practitioner Christopher Joneet is a very thorough and conscience health practitioner. I had a men's health problem..I felt he diagnosed it very methodically. Best part was that he understood I was hoping to get relief. So he wrote me a script that day as a bridge ,while finding the root cause of the problem. Thank you for your kindness.
Always on hold for a long time, at least 15 min or more and I always have to spend a week trying to get them to fax my sons prescription to the pharmacy. Drs are great but the response time from reception needs to be corrected.
Received my second shingles vaxx today from Rita. She answered all my questions, explained everything, was not in a rush to get me out and onto next patient. My wait time was limited and she made a not so nice feeling vaxx a better experience. Excellent at giving the needle, that part I didn’t even feel. Great experience today.
