I was in search for a family doctor for my family , as my previous doctor had retired . Many doctors refused , as one of my family member has mental illness . I was very frustrated. I was very excited when I saw a big sign “Medical clinic opening soon “ We met Dr Gill and she accepted to take care of my family . Dr Gill is an exceptional doctor, kind, listens to our needs, demonstrates empathy .She does not rush us in and out like many other doctors . Dr. Gill provides good health treatments and advice . I’ve been through many hands of doctors, but doctor Gill is the best ever . God bless her and her family .She saved my family . We are going to miss her very much . We wish you Dr Gill all the best in your new Clinic . Please come back to Mississauga . I also want to add that the receptionists are very kind and welcoming. Booked an appointment for Dec 1 at 5:15pm on Nov 25. The clinic called 1 hour before the appointment to reschedule because "the doctor is leaving at 5pm". And guess what? All the Doctors leaves at 5pm. It's not even possible to reschedule for the same time slot on another day. My questions are: 1. If you don't take appointments after 5, why did you booked me for 5:15. 2. Why did it take you almost a week to find out the mistake? 3. Why is it OK for me to wait almost a week and then get my appointment cancelled but it's not OK for the doctor to wait another 15 mins?
I would give this clinic a 10 out of 10 if I could. This place is very clean and the reception is polite and professional. Dr Karim Abdel-Aty Was extremely helpful called us back the next day with the results of our test. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very little waiting time. brand new office however I’m pretty sure they will keep up this level of service in the future. Keep up the fantastic service. Thank you very much.
Dr Karim Abdel-Aty was very professional with explaining the issues and the treatments. Also recomended home remedies to improve health. Definitely a kind human being and a very good Doctor. Will definitely refer!
I just had my first appointment at The Way with Dr. Karim. He listened, and took action on my concerns. I felt heard. I had a warm reception at the front desk too. They were kind and welcoming. This is definitely a clinic I would recommend.

Dr.Shokr is very professional with kids and adults, the wait time is not long, the receptionist is helpful and friendly, the clinic is so clean. And the pharmacist is knowledgeable and helpful.
