I frequently visit rhe clinic and have always had a very positive experience. Dr. Naz is kind, professional, and takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. The staff are also very helpful, friendly, and supportive. The waiting time can be longer, especially on weekends, but the quality of care and excellent service make it completely worth the wait. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for reliable and compassionate medical care.
Indian receptionist/woman over the phone has such poor listening skills. Clearly incompetent. She clearly didn't book an online phone call appt with my family Dr. Was waiting the past few hours expecting a call from him. He never called cuz the woman never booked the appt nor notified him. Learn some English at least & improve your communication/listening skills. Thanks for nothing as usual.
They are booking appointments but everytime it get delayed by 30-40 min. There is no sense of booking appointments if the patient have to still wait for 40 minutes. Secondly there is not proper seating arrangements in the reception area, people are standing and making rush.
It's disappointing that they've rebranded themselves but still have the same poor service. They called me early today to let me know that my blood work results are ready and I should book a telephone appointment online to speak to the doctor today. I booked the earliest time available, 5:20 pm. It's now 6:00pm and the doctor has not called like they said she would. Can I charge the clinic a no show fee for wasting my time? Do you think regular people have nothing to do? What infuriates me more is when I called the office at 5:40, they answered with "please hold" and they had me on hold for over 10 minutes. I tried calling again and no answer! You guys are a complete incompetent joke!!!!
I had my blood work done here. Was told to collect reports after 4 days then only in next day received a call to collect reports and see the doctors (no appointment needed) drove 45 minutes to get there then was told we don’t take walk ins , book an appointment the lady at reception so rude and unprofessional refused to tell me her name by saying her name is NOTHING, I had to leave disappointed and frustrated. Booked appointment in advance for 11:25 am Sunday Waited more than an hour even after booking an appointment. Total disappointment. Never visiting again was planning to get a family doctor here And then they charge me $3 for a printed copy of blood reports which I refused to pay and requested them to email me the reports and then they told me to leave the premises. However I ended up paying $3 as I needed my reports.
You have to wait at least an hr to see the doctor even if you have an appointment. The receptionists are rude. Other staff are generally moody too. Will not recommend unless you're stuck like me. I've been going to this clinic for about 2 years now. Nothing changes. That's the sign of a company that's OK with abysmal service standards.
