I have been his patient for past 22 years and he is very knowledgeable, understanding and caring. Sometimes he can be a bit harsh especially when you neglect your own health. I would recommend anyone to this doc.
That receptionist needs to go. She is such a turn off. She's rude, impatient and totally disrespectful. She needs to take a course in customer service. I don't even try to make an appointment anymore all because of how rude the receptionist was.
Dr Saldanha, thank you for making us wait for 2 hours. You saw patients who came in after us. Terrible just terrible! Not visiting this clinic anymore.
I have never been so disappointed.... I had an appointment at 4:30pm today and arrived at 4:15pm. I waited to be taken into the room till 5:45pm only to sit there for another 30 minutes. It is now 6:15 and I still haven’t seen the doctor. While I waited there patients that came in after me were seen. A family of 4 who walked in at 5:30pm were seen before me - this was when I couldn’t wait any longer. As I left, letting the receptionist know that this was ridiculous all she said was “oh”. I will need to find another doctor as there is no appointment system here.
Great doctor but horrible service to get an appointment and ridiculous amount of wait. Still 4 stars because we have been going to him for years now. Hoping he can do something about the wait.
Great service took my parents for immigration tests very respectful staff and doctor Saldanha is pleasant personality to talk to, as far as other comments on wait time guess it's the same anywhere you go so we have to be patient as well. Admin staff was decent if your are on the phone and cannot see that the lady has to multitask and attend to other patients in the clinic as well then you are only seeing one side of the picture. Would like to thank Dr.Saldanha for being so amazing! A doctor that actually cares for his patients. Would also like to thank the Administrative staff for their excellent work and customer service they provide on a daily basis. I am a regular patient at the clinic and the support they provide to the patients is definitely commendable. In spite of being busy they always manage to smile and be polite. The phone rings constantly and they answer the calls so courteously. CHEERS to you three ladies!!!!
