I had an amazing experience at skyward clinic. Dr Saleha along was very thorough, attentive and provided detailed explanations. The rest of the staff was also very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. The clinic was very clean and well organized, and they provided reminders which shows their commitment to patient care. Would highly recommend this clinic
Very bad approach, doctors don’t come to see their patient at the given time even though u have an appointment. And before booking the appointment I was mentioned that it will only take 15 to 20 mins. Hence, being a working mom , I scheduled my lunch time + I requested my friend to pick my daughter from school as I was given an appointment of 2.15 pm with Dr. Hussain. After reaching the clinic, Firstly the assistant doc took my BP , height and weight and she told me to wait in the consultant room as according to doc I have to undergo PAP test . Then after From 2.25 till 2.55 I was sitting in the room and around 2.50 I gave a call to the front desk girl, that I am waiting since 20 mins! On that she responded that doctor is still in conversation with the PREVIOUS PATIENT . After losing my patience at 3 pm i went out at front desk and asked the girl what the status and she responded very rudely that” kindly talk to the doctor as I did my job”. So left the clinic at 3.05 as I have to reach at my workplace at 3.30 as it is located on the other side of the city.They don’t value your time and they don’t even call back, lack of coordination between the staff, poor management.I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Waste of time
Dr Saba Husain is the most caring doctor I know in all of Ontario. She takes time to listen and offer the best possible advice that works for you. She helped my senior parents achieve their optimal health. Her staff especially Sarwat are all kind and considerate. Thankyou everyone for your service <3
Its very difficult to contact this office, recorded message says they will call you back and you hang up, still waiting for their call since yesterday.
Dr. Hussain and her staff are amazing! From front desk, to check in, to the appointments themselves they are all so kind and helpful. They are responsive and on the ball with prescription refill requests, both with me and my pharmacy. Dr. Hussain takes her time, is kind, and so compassionate. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Hussain.
Dr Chaudhary is amazing, but good luck reaching this clinic by phone. Website never seems updated either Edit: I'd like to say my experience at this clinic has improved since I wrote this review, unfortunately it has only worsened. I have repeatedly tried to change my address/pharmacy with the receptionist but they continue to send my prescription to the wrong location. I have been hung up on before I could even confirm the time of an appointment I was making. They have canceled an appointment with so little notice that I was already on a train to the clinic
Me and my family we all just love Dr. Saleha Abdurehman.. down to earth and very caring and helpful person.. and a very knowledgeable doctor.. Did alot for my parents out of her way when they were here on visit visa.. may God bless her abundantly!
