The receptionist are very rude and impatient. They don’t seem to care about their patients and respond to requests in a disrespectful way. It’s very unprofessional. I hope they can improve, because the doctors here are great, but the attitude of the receptionist makes it difficult to stay with this clinic.
I had an amazing experience at this clinic starting with the compassionate receptionist Dina, then Dr Salem was excellent and very knowledgeable. The nurse Aya made the entire visit and treatment very nice. Service with a smile. Thank you guys
I’ve been visiting this place since they first opened, and the service has always been excellent. The team is professional, friendly, and very helpful. A special thanks to Dina at the reception — always welcoming with a smile, patient, and ready to help. She truly makes the experience even better. Highly recommended!
I had blood work done at this clinic two weeks ago, and they still don’t know where my results are. I was told the results were sent to the lab, but apparently, the lab never sent anything back. I had to follow up myself, which is extremely frustrating. Last week, I waited over three hours to see my family doctor, only to be told that there were no results available. My Dr. asked me to follow up this week. So today, June 11 around 10:30 a.m., I called the clinic and spoke with a woman who was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Every question I asked was met with, “I don’t know.” I explained that I was urgently waiting for my results and needed help, but she continued repeating that they don’t follow up, and refused to offer any meaningful assistance. Her tone was not just dismissive it was insulting, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I felt like I was being talked down to for simply trying to get basic information about my health. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she brushed it off, said she’d “call at the end of the day. The lack of accountability and basic customer service from thus person which I asked her name and she didn’t provide at this clinic is unacceptable. To be clear, my doctor, Dr. Al Khalidi, is absolutely wonderful very polite, kind, and knowledgeable. The pharmacy staff are also incredibly polite, helpful, and professional. This review is not about the entire front desk team, but specifically about the one staff member I dealt with her on June 11 at 10:36 am over the phone.

I hate writing these words, but the situation is extremely provocative, and people's circumstances must be respected. Today I went to the clinic. They have very important paperwork to fill out, with a specific timeframe. The family doctor, Salah Al-Shami, was not there on leave. There is a substitute doctor named Dr.)Bilal. )Humane ethics should be present in every doctor. The story is that my daughter is 23 years old and has a disability. Two days ago she had surgery, and he refused to fill out the paperwork unless she was present. What is this? How will she come when her condition is so special? His refusal is unacceptable. I am very upset about the paperwork... I do not recommend visiting this inhumane doctor.
