In my opinion dr Hany abandon his patients with out proper notification, no matter what the circumstances are its selfishness from a doctor to do that. His previous secretary (Abby) was more help than him even though I kept complaining of my hip pain and all he did was give me Tylenol and said it will be fine, to find out four months later after having my hip x ray that was ordered by my new doctor that I have a broken hip and I need a hip replacement at age of 35 because of him neglecting my medical complaint of pain. With all this happening his new office called and want me to go see him stating he had my records meanwhile he had nothing. John the pharmacist always was there to help with my medication and gave the best advice when it came to my concerns. I will not change John or Abby for any other clinic, especially that his new receptionist is very rude and unprofessional at all.
I received a call from the clinic at 5:59PM. I’m trying my best not to write any bad comments about you, Dr. Hani, because I have known you form a long time. However, the receptionist that you hired is very rude and doesn’t know how to speak properly. She even raised her voice because I decided not to transfer my file with you. This behavior is not acceptable at all. If I receive any more calls from your clinic or from any personal number, consider this a warning that I will contact the College of Surgeons and Physicians of Ontario directly. You can’t force the patient to stay with you like that. I feel bad for you that you worked really hard to build your name, and because of your bad choices and the wrong people around you, you are ruining everything.
