I had buy sofas with pillows and they had delivered the sofa but no pillows and we have paid full money. We called many times and they said they will delivered but never done. So unprofessional and not committed to customer support.

He cheat us and lie His products are very low quality Every time i sleep on the bed i cry of his low quality bed frame and matress The sofa was teared and he reject to fix it The dining table and chairs we pay alot for another person to fix it I advice all people to not buy from this bad quality shop The bill is under my husband name, and he called you so many times but you ignore and reject to fix all your furniture that was broken from the first day it come. The bed, the dining room, the sofa, the drowers, tv table everything was low quality and some were broken at the same time you sold to us.

We were looking for two sofas and a loveseat for our living room. We went around to so many different stores and finally landed at unique furniture and mattress. As we walked in, we were greeted by Gurjit. He asked us a few questions and showed us the selection. He was very helpful and knowledgable throughout the sale. But that was just the start. When we were not sure about the fabric colour matching our walls, he offered to drop off the swatches for us to think it over night and return to him the next day. That was great service! A day later we realized that the sofas that we had ordered won’t fit in our living room, so we started panicking because we had paid the deposit. We called Gurjit and he assured us that he will talk to the manufacturer and get them to make the sofas smaller without any hassle. A few weeks later the sofas and the loveseat arrived, and they fit perfectly in our living room! WOW!! And the two young delivery men came on time and set up the sofas for us in no time. Thank you Gurjit for going above and beyond.

We got the sofa color customized and even added gold button and legs on it. They offered me 7 day shipping all the way from Mississauga to Niagara. They even helped me find something within my budget and preferences. Throughout the purchase they kept me up to date and were very responsive if I had any questions and replied almost immediately.
