Nikki in Mississauga was the perfect sales rep - knowledgeable, helpful, gave us our space, and even stayed after hours to make sure we got the best service and deals. Wonderful selection of couches and chairs, with a great splash of tables, rugs, and more. They wrapped and stored our stuff next day, and have shipping / assembly on site up to months in advance. (We don't have the goods in our home yet, but exceptional all around thus far.)

I visited this store looking for a sofa. They have a decent selection and offer delivery, which is convenient. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. When I mentioned that another nearby store had similar products at a lower price, the sales associate dismissively told me I should buy there instead. She also pointed out her 15 years of experience, which made her response even more surprising — I expected professionalism and courtesy. It’s natural for customers to compare prices before making a purchase, and a helpful approach could have made all the difference. Unfortunately, the interaction felt rude and unwelcoming, which overshadowed the positives of the store.
I purchased a mattress and coffee tables at this location, the lady, Cidgem, was very nice and patient and helped us with our purchase. They have good pieces that can make every home feel so comfy n modern.
