Overall the leather has been good but the seat foam and backing foam is garbage! Expected much better quality from Lazy Boy especially when you spend close to $9,000 for two custom made reclining sofa’s. Will have to look elsewhere when we decide to either replace them or find a company that can replace the seating etc.

Malika was a friendly person. She was very patient introduced different products to me trying to fit my needs. She walked back and forth many times to get answers for my questions. At the first place, I was just thought about some concepts of price and style. But in the end, I bought the chair.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. Their products are of poor quality, and their furniture insurance is misleading and unreliable. Opting for another provider would likely result in a far better experience.
Me and my mom visited lazy boy at Oakville location. We purchased a fabulous Sofa from Vips Amarasena . We are very impressed by his service, his is very kind and detailed oriented. We are very happy with his service will recommend his to everyone!
We just stopped there as it is one of many furniture shops in that Winston Park area. The sales person Maria and the designer Lady opened up many features to us which we were not aware of. Like the furnitures are custom order so we could select Color and size as well. Also all are made in canada. The designer lady shows us in 3D the dining table set we are looking how it will fit in our Dining space. That’s impressed us a lot. We placed a dining table set order and yes We are happy to give a five star rating to Maria and her team.
