We bought furniture from Midha Furniture and had a great experience from start to finish. Mr. Maan was great and helped us choose the right furniture within our budget. The delivery was smooth, the customer service was excellent, and the product quality is outstanding. Definitely a 5-star experience!
Was looking for a sofa for our condo, we looked at Leon's, Lazy boy and the Brick. To our surprise Midha's had exactly what we were looking for and at a great price. Jerry the sales associate was very helpful and the delivery team of Balraj and Jaidee were nothing but superb. I would definitely recommend Midha's Furniture.
Buyer beware. I'd love to give a zero rating, but can't. So I'll settle for one star. Bought a bed frame, from an online catalogue that was available in the store. With the help of a salesman. That was my first mistake. Once the bed frame arrived, I started to assemble the product. Half way through, I realized this was a very cheap product. I decided to go in store and have a chat with the salesman that sold me the bed frame. Basically this company, midhas furniture has a no return policy. They run on a system of selling a product once and who cares if that customer comes back. I told the salesman repeatedly that product is very cheap. I am willing to exchange the product and pay a fee. He simply didn't care, I told him off in frustration. Fast forward 4 months later, and the bed frame that I said was cheap, is extremely cheap. The side panel that hooks on to the head frame, the thread holders that hold the Allen key head screws in place, have fallen out. The recycled chip wood, is very cheap. Something I mentioned in my first visit. But the salesman is a so called expert in carpentry. Whereas I work in the trades and see things get put together and have an understanding of quality material and workmanship. I have a little bit more knowledge than a person that just sells the furniture. To conclude, Midhas furniture will take your money and really don't care if the customer is happy or not with the product they sell. They want your money, and call it a day. Terrible business model.
I got furniture recently from Midha’s, Maan and Abdullah were really helpful with the selections. They were super accommodating in helping us find the right furniture! We’re truly grateful to them and would highly recommend them to all! We’re their permanent customers now!
BUYER BEWARE — Terrible Experience! I recently bought a sofa from this store, and the entire process was a nightmare. They showed me a sofa in-store, claiming it was “similar” to what I would receive — but what arrived was completely different and of much lower quality. They also lied about the material — the sofa they promised was “pure leather” turned out to be fake. Just like their promises: fake. The two salesmen I dealt with had no ethics or integrity — they will say anything to make a commission. Prices might look cheap at first, but in the long run, you’ll lose a lot more. Be very careful when dealing with them!
Probably wana do zero . They placed order without our authorization and now they are not cancelling the order . Please don’t go to this store if you don’t want to get ripp off . They tell a lie falsely doing business not helpful at all . Not recommended . They don’t cancel the order and not refund the money . Poor policy . They mishaved with my wife very rude very frustrating time consuming .
before you buy from this place think twice this is place horrible we order the stuff last year and we just received when we try and call them they say we will check and cal you back they take more than 8 months to deliver the stuff and they all act nice at the beginning just to get there money after they get there money they don't even care how does the stuff looks they give us the stuff broken and of course they wouldn't care to return it because they got there money if i am being honest i wouldn't recommend this store at all
