Poor quality materials, not responsible customer service. Half year ago I bought sofa from Sterling House and after 4 months, as you can see, there are visible changing of shape on the seating area despite normal use. This has affected the overall appearance and comfort of the sofa. I sent email to customer service with questions about it, but passed 2 months and still it wasn't responded. Today I chatted with agent in Sterling House and they answered that it "regular wear and tear". By my opinion it couldn't be regular wear and tear for sofa which price is 2000$ after few months of normal use. I asked they again who is responsible to fix it, they provided me same email, that I sent questions two months ago and still didn't get response.
I just purchased a new couch from Sterling House Interiors and I’m extremely happy with the purchase and the entire experience. Peter was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. These are two very reputable Canadian companies. The couch is beautiful and very well made, it also comes with a great warranty. We just purchased our family room furniture through Sterling House and are so very happy with the help and guidance from Cristina. She was generous with her time and knowledge and helped us pick out the right fabric and guided us to choose the correct coordinating fabric as well. Would definitely recommend her if you are in need of buying new furniture.
Very responsive when I called to find out a delivery date. The delivery was between 2-9pm. They were delayed but instead of rescheduling they came at 10:30pm. Thank you to the delivery guys for coming through!!

We were pleasantly surprised by the selection of furniture available and the quality of service provided. We were initially searching for sofas and found this store to have many customization options that would help with our needs ( like changing the arms and length and height of the frame). We had come back to the store after deciding to purchase a sectional instead and found the perfect one with the help of Peter, the manager. He was very friendly and informative. The sectional we purchased was a floor model but we got it at a great price and it arrived in great condition. We would definitely check them out again for future purchases.
