I can't understand any of the negative reviews. If you are unsure about what you want to buy - or purchase the wrong piece of furniture that you know will not fit in the designated area in your home, then that is your own fault. It's called a measuring tape - buy one and map out the dimensions before writing useless comments. This is to any negative reviews of this place. Now, let me tell you about the excellent experience I had buying top-quality made-in-italy furniture from this store. I already had the side tables and bed, but was missing the dresser and mirror combo for my bedroom. The owner himself had a word with me and quoted me a price. Even after doing advanced searches online and using AI tools, I could not find a lower price than he was quoting! I made a deposit that day to secure the item. A few days later, his team of careful, responsible, and very polite delivery/furniture movers arrived at my house to install the furniture. Within a mere 10 minutes, they were already done... and placed it exactly where I wanted it. Additionally, the quality of the furniture at this store was very high quality, dare I say, even exceptional. I definitely recommend this furniture store for anyone in need or want of high quality, reliable furniture.
I was planning to visit but read the reviews. Have some shame before someone sues you. My colleague who recommended “kitchen and couch” must be mistaken.
The worst customer service I’ve seen. I received my bed room it has many damaged pieces and also all the lighting is not working and they not trying to change it i have waiting more than two weeks
I purchased recliner from kitchen and couch. When I went there it’s new owner with new name. I was told that if something happened to recliner in 10 years come to me we will help you and fix it. But I keep contacting them no proper response so far. They promise you on purchase date but don’t keep their promise and don’t help. Keep playing office-office. Don’t hold our hands after purchase.
We have been coming to this places for the last 5 years and they have exactly what we need. We bought our second bed from here and the beds can be customized which is the best thing- because otherwise you don’t get it so easily. The prices are also very reasonable especially if the beds can be customized!
This guy is scammar don't buy any thing from over there, they give us matress 6 inches small from the bed and when we went there to talk them nobody listen, abuse the others.
We recently bought a bed set from Purba Furniture. No issues with the bed itself, but the delivery experience was absolutely terrible. The delivery team was extremely unprofessional. They wore their shoes all the way up to the second floor where the bed was going. When we confronted them, they said, “We need to wear shoes or it will take too long to take them off and put them back on.” Seriously? If you're going to wear shoes inside someone’s home, wear shoe covers. These guys had no common sense. If you want your house damaged, then sure, buy from Purba Furniture as they don't care about professionalism. And to Purba Furniture: thank your delivery team for scratching up our brand new hardwood stairs and hallway by dragging dirty cardboard boxes across them instead of lifting them and wearing dirty shoes. Are your delivery staff really this careless? Do they not understand that dragging boxes across black hardwood causes serious damage? Lift the boxes like you’re supposed to. Stop ruining people’s houses. You guys don’t even deserve one star.
