The lady Ruth is amazing wonderful women great sales person. I received my sectional and kitchen table was fantastic. The only thing is the delivery guys one was so sweet and nice The other one was very miserable. He didn't want to take the plastic wrap there was so much of it. I don't even know how I am going to dispose of it. He was rushing and rude the other guy younger was very pleasant and nice he was going to take it but the other guy yelled at him. But other than that this place is amazing the owner is so nice love him and Ruth thank you for everything . Love you and God bless
If I could give 0 stars I would. Where to begin. Terrible customer service, drivers going to wrong locations, and over all rude. Ordered a king mattress and bed frame and ended up receiving a king mattress, king headboard and queen size frame. Never once was I called to make things right I had to keep calling until hopefully someone answered. If I hadn’t kept calling probably wouldn’t have received the proper pieces for another week. Not to mention movers came in with muddy boots and made a complete mess and gave us a hard time for not putting stuff back in the boxes. UPDATE! Owner messaging me on Instagram complaining about my review. Not the way to do customer service complaining about customer reviews talking nicely to your customers will go a long way. Judging by the other low reviews on here they don’t take well to criticism with their replies. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST DO NO BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
Terrible customer service. Ordered a couch to arrive in 10 days, but showed up after 3 weeks with no updates. When the couch arrived it was a totally different fabric/accent style than we asked for. They would not do anything to fix it and tried to charge $150 delivery fee for their mistake. Don't waste your time.
I’ got a table from this people it got delivery to my house was defect since February. He said he will exchange it for me. every day he tell me next week and he never got back to me and he talk to me very rude and every week he saying next week since February now it’s 8 June 2023 And on the end, he tell me you have to pay more money and a fee for delivery again so please be aware from the store

If you want to lose your money, buy from this guy. The worst service I have ever seen!!! He will take and not deliver. I have never dealt with such terrible customer service and such false promises.
My friend put a deposit on a bedroom set and has been waiting over a year and the bed has never been received. He has returned to the store numerous times to speak to the owner who refuses to refund his deposit. He does not recommend this store, their prices are exorbitantly high and dishonest and unprofessional.
