I bought queen size bed and mattress from them. Mattress is worst. Its like I am sitting in a cavity on the bed, its soften from the edges and sleeping on it is like balancing myself for whole night . After every 2 days I have to flip the mattress to sleep. I am not happy with the quality of mattress. Never buy from them. Bunch of scammers.
terrible service. they wanted to leave my dad the dresser on the STREET for him to carry in on his own. after finally helping get it inside they refused to help him get it in the bedroom and said it “wasn’t his job”. not to mention they arrived days later than what we were told and when they finally arrived they came hours late and he had to call them a million times. he left quickly and said i have to go i have another delivery.
Worst service ever, they delayed delivery 5 days and on day delivery they just showed up without giving notice. They delivered wrong sofa and prakash refused to return or do any exchange. Delivery guys were very rude, didn’t want to take off their shoes even though it was raining, they made my place dirty with their shoes and they seemed like they’re forced to do this job, they even asked me to help them since one of the guys was very old and couldn’t lift big items. They scratched most of my walls and broke some parts (see picture) they didn’t even apologize and when i told them this is unacceptable they started blaming me saying when i helped them im the one who damaged the wall. Completely ridiculous I paid for installation but delivery guys refused to install and left all boxes in my house (see picture) i had to take them to the recycling centre which is 20 minutes away from me and i had to go 3 times because i couldn’t fit all the boxes in my car Im very disappointed and not satisfied, i can’t believe how they’re still in business with all these bad reviews I will never give business to people who lie and disrespect me
Worst experience ever They delivered wrong kitchen table and came very late around 9 pm and damaged my front door and they didn’t even apologize . When i told Prakash he hung up call on my face and blocked my number Will never do business again with Prakash
Extreme poor customer service and bad communication. And when they deliver, they handle everything poorly and broke my wall and put scratches on everything. They didn’t take accountability and just ran away. The bed we ordered was also tilted in someway so it was impossible to put together. Don’t purchase anything from here and warn your friends from this place. Run away from this place!
Very good products and a good variety but prices are slightly higher than market. Having said that, if price is not a deal breaker, the products are very good.
Prakash furniture deals with the most cheapest quality furniture, they show you one thing but sell you somethings else. Please don’t go there. Total scams.
