Great service, good variety, and fabric choices.
I visited several sofa stores (Leon's, bad boy, Ashley, etc) before making my decision to buy a sofa at chesterfield, because they were just a little bit more costy than I thought, and I just wanted to make sure that I would be making the right decision in buying a sofa for long term. I can say that, the other stores cannot compare to Chesterfield! Their high prices did not match their quality, you wait 8-10 weeks on delivery, and horrible delivery experiences via Google. I am super happy with my comfortable sofa, delivered the next day, and great finance plan (don,t pay for a year 0%). The delivery guys were also so gentle bringing in the sofa and setting up. Highly recommend.
This is an updated review. Although my initial sales experience was less than stellar, the very next day Steve, the President of the company reached out to me over email and then a personal call and apologized for the experience. Over the next couple of days he followed up with further calls and emails and definitely went above and beyond to make us customers. We went in again and met with Rob, the manager and what an awesome experience that was! We ended up placing the order and couldn't be happier. In terms of the products themselves, its definitely a case of "you get what you pay for"...although the price may seem higher than most big box stores, the higher quality of Chesterfield products is immediately obvious on the showroom floor. I will be updating this review once I receive and use the final product. For now, I would definitely recommend The Chesterfield Shop.

Great store that's a little more higher quality than places like The Brick/Bad Boy/leons. Service waa great and they have a ton of fabric to chose from cheap prices (15-25) to moderate ( 30-50 ) to high end (70+). Delivery is provided in 8 weeks and if you order a sofa bed the bed is given 5 year warranty. 100 dollar delivery cost and they remove your old sofa for free. I purchased a Simmons sofa bed with custom fabric and am very pleased.
