The Bedroom Shop carries not just Bedroom furnishings and mattresses but any furniture needed for your home. We just went in to look for a mattress and ended up with a few other items. Great quality, prices, NO pushy sales and the scheduling of delivery was amazing. Bonnie in scheduling kept me posted as delivery was delayed a couple of days due to the mattress not being ready. Delivery people were quick and graciously put everything in place in our home. Very courteous! I'd highly recommend The Bedroom Shop, luckily there are two locations Mississauga and Newmarket this makes it easy for my family and friends at both ends of the city to shop at The Bedroom Shop. Horrible customer service. I bought a bed set on October 5 2017 with 1 night stand and a dresser. My husband went back to the store today then he talked to the same person and he would give my husband 2 night stands and a dresser for the same price. My husband said that I already bought the bed and the night stand for the same price and requested the deal to be changed to include 2 night stands. The guy then proceeded to tell my husband to get out of the store and to cancel the deal without a refund. In conclusion they do not how to treat the costumer properly and I do not recommend that anybody goes to this store. They give every single customer a different deal for the same product.
I went in the Bedroom shop and bought a nice top of the line mattress and was satisfied with the service and price. its a nice little place. well I went to a competitor and saw a different mattress I preferred and was a bit upset on my original purchase. Well i went to see Pete Martin , the sales man there and since my purchase was not delivered yet,he refunded me my purchase and sold me my preferred mattress at $100 cheaper than the dirty old Mattressville location i would not even trust. matressville said up to a 4 week wait for delivery. Pete had my purchase over to my house in two days !!! 5 Stars !!!
